When Josh and Jen approached Built to Last Renovations, they were ready to leave their 1970s-style bathroom behind and embrace a modern, functional space. They dreamed of a sleek, updated design with luxurious features—and we were thrilled to help them bring their vision to life.

This project was a complete gut job. We started fresh and transformed their bathroom with a striking 99-inch subway-tile shower that became the centerpiece of the space. Each side of the shower features matching rainfall showerheads, complemented by a shower wand for added versatility. To enhance the design and functionality, we included a niche shelf with integrated lighting, providing both practical storage and a warm, inviting ambiance.

The updates didn’t stop at the shower. We installed a brand-new vanity with built-in lighting that adds both brightness and sophistication. The finishing touches included stylish mirrors and modern lighting fixtures, creating a cohesive and polished look. For the flooring, we chose durable and waterproof vinyl plank, adding a clean, contemporary feel while ensuring easy maintenance.

Josh and Jen now have a bathroom that combines modern aesthetics with thoughtful functionality. This stunning transformation is proof of what’s possible with expert design and craftsmanship.
